ON FRONT STREET IN DOWNTOWN NANAIMOA monster crane towers above the concrete giants in downtown Nanaimo. On the site of the old Malaspina Hotel, the new condominiums are getting ready to add the next 10 floors.
The crane will be used to lift concrete slabs and other building materials to the top of the existing structure.
If you are in the area, be sure to take a look, but be sure to look waaaaay up!
