Issued at 4:20 am PST Dec. 23/07 by Environment CanadaSOUTHERLY WINDS UP TO 100 KM/H OVERNIGHT ACROSS THE NORTH AND CENTRAL COAST AND WEST VANCOUVER ISLAND ARE EXPECTED THIS MORNING. SOUTHEAST WINDS UP TO 70 KM/H WILL SPREAD TO EAST VANCOUVER ISLAND LATER THIS MORNING. THIS IS A WARNING THAT POTENTIALLY DAMAGING WINDS ARE EXPECTED OR OCCURRING IN THESE REGIONS. MONITOR WEATHER CONDITIONS..LISTEN FOR UPDATED STATEMENTS.
