Watermain Construction

Please be advised that starting May 5, 2008, the City of Nanaimo will be replacing the water main on Northfield Road from Dorman to Bowen. Construction is anticipated to be complete within 4 weeks, with paving immediately to follow.
During this construction period traffic disruptions can be expected. Construction signs will be posted and flagpersons will be on duty to assist with the traffic flow. Please exercise caution, obey all signage placed for your safety and follow the directions of the flag persons on duty. If possible, please plan to use an alternate route.
