PNC GETS $50,000 GRAFFITI FIGHTING COATING

GRAFFITI SHOULD SIMPLY
WIPE OFF NEW HIGH TECH COATING

The local media reports the Port of Nanaimo Center has received a $50,000 siloxane polymer coating which should make graffiti clean up a breeze.

The coating apparently keeps paints from soaking into the brick surfaces which make graffiti clean up difficult and costly.

It is reported that clean up only involves the use of a dry cloth or at most a low pressure cold water power cleaning.

It is said this could pay for itself in as little as four years. Of course that depends on how many times it has to 'do it's job'.
