At 205 Collishaw Air Cadet Squadron we believe that by encouraging and challenging youth, we will develop future outstanding citizens. We believe that to achieve this goal involves a partnership between home, school and air cadets. To obtain optimum benefit for the youth in such a partnership, it is essential that an environment of trust, sincerity and co-operation be fostered between all parties.
New cadets must have reached their 12th birthday at time of enrolment & are required to be released prior to reaching their 19th birthday. Membership is open to all youth within this age group. If you want to join, print out and fill in this application form, & bring the original of your health card & birth certificate. We parade at the Nanaimo Military Camp, British Columbia, Canada & have use of an Armory, parade square, classrooms, flight simulators, & office space.
Our regular training night is Thursdays from 6:00pm to 9:15pm (Sep-Jun) & includes drill, classroom work, & physical fitness. Our Administration Night is Monday from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. Feel free to drop by or contact us for more info.
