GREEN PARTY MOST GOOGLEDPOLITICAL PARTY
Google, the giant internet search engine has just released the results for the top words searched for during 2008.
In Canada the five top search words or phrases were Facebook, You Tube, lyrics, weather and games. Included in the list was Google, Yahoo, Hotmail, map and Canada.
Other popular searches included free movies, Yahoo mail, Koodo, Bejing 2008 and 'surf the channel'. Obama and kijiji were at the top of the list for fastest rising new searches.
Top celeb searches in Canada were Spears, Jessica Alba, Heather Ledger, Lindsay Lohan and Angelina Jolie.
When broken down by political party searches the Green Party headed the list, followed by the Libs, Conservatives, NDP and the Bloc.
I'm not sure what these results say about internet users in general but when you use Google to search for Google, I gotta wonder LOL
