Nuclear Subs Collide in Open Seas

British and French Submarines
Collide in Atlantic Ocean

It is being reported in the Vancouver Sun that a British and a French nuclear submarine on separate patrols, collided in the open waters of the Atlantic Ocean!

Fortunately any major disaster was avoided however no one is saying how two state of the art nuclear powered submarines could run into each other in open water.

Maybe they hired some ex-B.C. Ferries crew member or the skipper from the Exxon Valdese?
