The above picture shows the current construction progress of Nanaimo's newest addition to downtown housing. While the artist's rendering shows what the finished building will look like.
The building consisting of 70 units ranging in size from 550 - 1100 square feet is scheduled to be complete by year's end. All of the ground floor units facing the street are for retail/commercial use.
Currently 50% of the units are pre-sold with a new re-launch scheduled within the next month.
