B.C. Ferries Cuts Departure Bay Sailings

Two Weekday Sailings Cut Between
Departure Bay and Horsehoe Bay

Starting Oct. 14 B.C. Ferries weekday sailing from Departure Bay at 7:00 pm will be cut as well as the 9:00 pm sailing from Horseshoe Bay.

This is a cost saving measure which Ferries feels will only minimally affect customer service as alternate sailings are available at Duke Point and Tswwassen.

The sailings will be put back on during the Christmas period and during the 2010 Olympics.
