Nanaimo House SalesUp 134% Over Oct. 08
Nanaimo unit house sales increased by 134% when compared with October 08 with 143 units sold compared with 61 last year.
Unit sales were up sharply over the previous months with 118 units sold in Sept.
House prices in the Nanaimo market are off 4% when compared with same month last year and are up marginally from $353,702 in Sept. to $358,974 in Oct.
