Really Good DealOr Just Another Scam??
This ad has been running on the free classified site KIJIJI since the end of Nov. and it could be stealing from the gullible who think they have found a great bargain.
How do I know it is a scam? I responded to the ad and was told the laptop would be shipped as soon as I sent my money to a paypal account. I then told the seller I would also need his name and address as well as his paypal account name. That was the last I heard from him/her.
Remember there is no shortage of low lifes out there who have no trouble stealing from you if you are foolish enough to think you have found a terrific bargain.
I have reported this ad, but as of this morning it is still running.
Remember if you can't touch it, there is a good chance you will never see it after you have sent your money off. Only buy online from reputable retailers and sellers on sites such as eBay where at least you have some recourse if a deal goes sour.
