Everyone's A Hockey Fan Right Now!After a chin dropping loss to the US in men's hockey on Sunday, Canada redeemed itself last night with a big win over the Russian team. Notably that is the first time a Canadian team has beaten the Russians in an Olympic game since 1960!
While it was not a medal win, it sure felt like one as the Canadian fans savoured the win.
The Canadian women's ice hockey team has a shot at the gold today, taking on their arch rivals the US, clearly hoping they do not see a repeat of their last major encounter.
Personally I am not much of a sports fan, but like most Canadians when your teams have a shot at the gold on the Olympic stage .... Everyone Is A Hockey Fan!
