Hazard: The books contain errors in certain electrical wiring diagrams and instructions that could lead consumers to incorrectly install or repair electrical wiring, posing an electrical shock or fire hazard.

Oxmoor House, Inc. is voluntarily recalling the following home improvement books. The ISBN can be found printed on the back cover, near the bar code.

Remedy: Consumers who used any of the technical diagrams or wiring instructions in the recalled books should immediately contact Oxmoor House.

Consumers will be asked to inform Oxmoor House of the pages and wiring instructions that were used so that a representative can advise the consumer whether or not their specific pages are affected by this recall.

Consumers with the recalled books should return the books to Oxmoor House for a refund.

It is recommended that any work done on an electrical installation by anyone other than a licensed electrician be inspected by the appropriate provincial electrical authority.
