Program Still 'Flush' With CashThe popular city of Nanaimo toilet rebate program has given away nearly $10,000 as of the first of February.
This leaves approximately $40,000 up for grabs to those wishing to replace their toilet with a unit that uses less water per flush. It is estimated these funds will be exhausted by May.
