Claim Home Owner Grant Online
Be sure to claim your Home Owner's Grant either via snail mail, in person at city hall or you can also claim it online from the comfort of your computer terminal.

You can apply for your home owner's grant even if you are not paying your current taxes at this time so don't put it off.
Current property taxes unpaid after July 2, 2010 will be subject to a 5% penalty. A further 5% penalty will be charged to current taxes remaining unpaid after August 12,2010.
If you have not received your property tax notice, please contact the City Finance Department at City Hall at 250-755-4415.
