According to an item in the Daily News, Councilor Johnstone led the pack when it came to expenses reporting a total of $7,975 which is well ahead of Councilor Bill Holdom at $5,700 and even the Mayor at $5,674.
The article offered no explanation why the rookie councilor spent $2301 more than the Mayor.
