Gulf of Mexico Oil Disaster

 Does ANYONE Know
 What To Do??

It is now being reported that as much as 40,000 barrels (6.36 million litres) could be flowing into the Gulf of Mexico every day from the ruptured well. This is twice as much as previously thought. See full article here.

If that number is even close to accurate, it would mean that every six days, there is the equivalent of one Exxon Valdez oil spill happening in the Gulf. Since this disaster started it would be the same as eight tankers the size of the Valdez spilling into the Gulf.

In the meantime it is so very clear that on one in the oil industry or in the biggest government on earth has even the faintest idea how to cope with this disaster.

It should not be called a 'spill' as you can quantify a spill since you know how much you 'spilled'. This is a rip roaring disaster of Biblical proportions and no amount of assuring talk is going to change anything.
