South End Home Invasion
Four males armed with guns and metals pipes forced their way into a south end home late Tuesday night, assaulted a male then made off with cash, laptop and a small quantity of marihuana.
At 12:30 AM officers responded to a 911 received from a 21 year old male living in a trailer park at 1074 Old Victoria Rd. He told 911 operators four males had just burst into his trailer armed with guns and metal pipes. One of the four then proceeded to “pistol whip” him across the face. The four demanded cash and drugs, and the victims wallet and his laptop. A small quantity of marihuana was also taken. The victim was bleeding from an apparent head wound so BC Paramedics were called to offer him assistance.
Police dog units attended but were unable to locate the suspects. Four other persons were inside the home at the time but not were injured during the attack.
The four males were described as being Caucasian , ranging in height from 5 ft 6" to 6 ft 2", all wearing dark clothing with black and white bandana’s covering their faces.
