Did You Notice the 'Bump at the Pump' ?

That was the Carbon Tax Jump

With all the talk about the hated HST coming into effect yesterday, seems like no one noticed that little jump at the pumps much.

In case you missed it, that was the Liberals digging a little deeper into your pocket every time you fill up the car.

The carbon tax rose from 3.33 cents per litre to 4.45 cents per litre for gasoline and 3.84 cents per litre to 5.11 cents per litre for diesel.

Perhaps we just don't hear anything from that poor old goose, because with lack of feathers (forever being plucked by all politicians) and the very cool summer, it has finally expired.
