Three rings have been turned into the Nanaimo RCMP and the public’s assistance is being sought to have them returned to their lawful owner.
On September 21 the rings were found in the parking lot of a large north end retail outlet. They were then turned over to the Nanaimo RCMP. There are three bands in total and they are welded together. The rings are believed to be made of white gold and two of the bands have small diamonds within the band.
“The rings are of considerable value and given where they were located, may have simply fallen out of a vehicle. Im sure some one has been frantically looking for them so hopefully they see this release and call our office” said Constable Gary O’Brien, media spokesperson for the Nanaimo RCMP. If anyone has information on the owner of the rings , they are asked to contact the Nanaimo RCMP at 250-754-2345.
