The two photos above are taken about two months apart, one on Aug. 16 and the other on Oct. 10 of this year.
In the top photo the building is all but hidden behind a mountain of dirt which had been excavated to facilitate structural repairs to the buildings foundations.
The bottom photo shows the building no longer hidden behind the mountain of dirt, which has been back filled around the building now that foundational work is complete. While the work on the foundations never really look like anything because they are unseen, it is an absolutely essential part of the renovation.
