If you are looking for a costume then of course the Value Village store in the Harewood Mall is the place to go. This company used to sell so many of their used clothing at Halloween time that they started bringing in ready made costumes. The costume display now occupies a considerable amount of floor space.
Of course putting on Grandpa's plaid shirt and a eye brow pencil moustache and big rubber boots, works for me!
