There will be several city departmental budgets presented by city staff. Some of these include the Developement Department budget, the Planning Department budget, the Organizational Planning Department budget and the Strategic Relationships Department budget.
The reimbursement of legal fees paid by Councilor Bestwick totaling $14,392.27 which he incurred related to the alleged conflict of interest on DVP156 will be discussed also.
Staff is also recommending council put the Green Lake sewer project on hold until the City of Nanaimo receives senior government grant funding for this project.
