Van Isle 360 Off To Great Start
The weather and wind were perfect for the start of the Van Isle 360 Yacht Race which will see 41 ships and crew circumnavigate Vancouver Island in a fourteen day race.
Clear blue skies and a perfect wind were the order of the day and hundreds lined the waterfront to see the colorful display as sailing ships of varying sizes circled the harbour for at least 30 minutes before the race got underway at 10:30 am.
