2011 Van Isle 360 Leaves Nanaimo June 4
Once again Nanaimo is the starting and finishing point for the Van Isle 360 which sees 41 vessels race around Vancouver Island.
There will be a pancake breakfast starting at 8:00am put on by the Salvation Army in the round about on Promenade Drive which will go until 11:00 am.
The 41 vessels with their skippers and crews are filling Nanaimo harbour, getting ready for the race which will start Saturday morning at 10:30am. The race will conclude back in Nanaimo in 14 days.
