Set Up Some Portables On The Dunsmuir Lot!
I wish I could claim this brain wave but alas, I cannot. It comes from a visitor on the forum at nanaimoinformation.com who was responding to a post I started there telling people of the online petition opposing this misuse of tax dollars.
Since portables are considered suitable housing for our school students, then surely they must be suitable for city staff. Since they clearly are unhappy with their current office, complete with wrap around sundeck off of the city manager's suite, then put them in portables!
Great idea, and I bet it would save a WHOLE lot of money!!
