After what has arguably been a 'bummer summer' so far, it looks like we have finally caught a high pressure system that wants to stay around for awhile. The temperatures need an upward nudge but the sunshine is a welcome change to what we have been having lately.
No complaints though, I was talking with my sister who lives north of Toronto and with the humidity factored in they are expecting a 50 degree equivalent today, and apparently they haven't seen a drop of rain for four weeks now. So if i had to choose between our weather and theirs, we still win!
Great news for the International Bathtub race and all the Marine Festival activities planned for this week.
