John Ruttan Candidate For Mayor
Nanaimo 2011 Civic Election
It is reported in the local daily that John Ruttan will be seeking a second term as Mayor of the city of Nanaimo. He is quoted as saying he aims to see a convention centre hotel built and also a foot passenger ferry between Nanaimo and downtown Vancouver during his second term.
