Celebrity Millennium In Nanaimo Sept. 10
This weekend the second to last cruise ship of the season arrives in Nanaimo for the day, with the return of the Celebrity Millennium which is a large cruise ship.
This will be the first time the Millennium has used our new terminal and I am sure they will be impressed with the facility. On previous visits the ship anchored in the harbour and guests were tendered ashore.
During their visit there will be a market at Pioneer Plaza beside the Bastion and also the first Harvest Festival in the Old City Quarter. The ship will be in Nanaimo from 7:00 - 5:00 pm and the weather looks like it will be absolutely fantastic!
If you have some time you might want to head downtown and if you see some of our guests, make them feel welcome.
