Alphonse Brendon Menard Trial Date
Alphonse Brendon Menard is set to stand trial for the second degree murder of his father, Nanaimo businessman Tony Menard. The incident took place on a camping trip in July 2010 west of Nitinat Lake.
He is set to be tried by judge and jury in BC Supreme Court in Duncan BC on Sept. 10, 2012 beginning at 9:30 AM. Menard is being held at the Correctional Centre in Victoria awating trial.
