BC Ferries, ICBC, City of Nanaimo Stocking Stuffers

Merry Christmas To All

BC Ferries, ICBC and our very own city of Nanaimo have been scratching their heads trying to figure out what to put in our stockings this year.

BC Ferries is giving us a 5% fuel surcharge, while ICBC will be raising our basic premium rates by 11.5% and our very own city managers and council are giving us a 5% increase in water rates and a 6.3% increase in garbage fees.

I for one wouldn't be unhappy if the Grinch stole my stocking and it's contents this year, how about you?
