Comox Valley RCMP are alerting the public to the fact a high risk sex offender is being released into the community on Friday, Dec. 9,2011.Adrian Julian Wilson is 33, is First Nations, 170 pounds, five foot six inches tall with brown hair and eyes. On his release from prison he will be residing in the Comox Valley.
Wilson has completed his sentence if federal prison for the crime of sexual assault and robbery relating to an attack in 2002 on an elderly couple who had their motorhome hijacked near Courtenay. The 72 year old woman was sexually assaulted in the attack.
He has many conditions he can not violate governing his release, these include no contact with victims, no possession of knives, weapons, replica weapons, no alcohol or drug consumption, can not enter a liquor store or bar.
Wilson will be monitored by the RCMP who ask anyone seeing him violate conditions of his release to not approach him but contact the RCMP at 250-338-1321.
