Europes Financial Crisis Still Looms

Bank of Canada Governor Mark Carney recently told Canadians that if the financial woes of Europe don't get settled they could have serious effects on this side of the pond.  Ever since the financial meltdown of '08 it seems that every other day we have heard warnings of the dire global effect if the Euro-zone can't get it's act together.

It is said that getting the EU nations to agree on a solution is much like trying to herd cats! As an unlearned fellow I can only offer the observation, that the crisis of '08 was never really dealt with, it was simply 'kicked down the road' which seems a common tactic of our leaders on many levels.
