In Camera Meeting Disclosure

Former Mayor Gary Korpan
Offers His Opinion Of In Camera Meetings

Once there are no longer any legitimate/real reasons for an item to be in camera (e.g., ongoing legal or labour negotiations, property purchase or sales, intergovernmental negotiations, or privacy restrictions) then the matter should be disclosed.

The public is paying for it all and deserves to know the facts. The failure to fully disclose the now long past "pay the city administrator not to work" scandal (aka Berry affair) is a classic example of outrageous behaviour falsely hidden by misuse of in camera rules by people who have clearly forgotten who elected them and who they should be accountable to.

Full disclosure now.
