Tim Hortons Marine Festival Entertainment Stage
Technicians do sound checks to make sure everything is perfect for the live entertainment on stage during the Nanaimo Marine Festival and GREAT International Bathtub Race celebrations.
Starting at noon today (Saturday) there will be live entertainment to keep the park hopping right though until 10:00 pm when the Quality Foods Festival of Lights fireworks display will light up the night sky.
There will be extra buses running this evening to handle the extra crowds going downtown to see the fireworks. They will be at the regular scheduled times, but will simply have more buses on the routes.
Be sure to head on down to Maffeo Sutton Park today and take in all the fun events that are sure to please everyone.
