Free Legal Advice Sought

Civic Minded Legal Help Is Needed
AKA A Lawyer Not Just Interested in $$

There are currently several contentious issues being dealt with in the city of Nanaimo which could have crippling long term effects on the community.

It is possible that a legal challenge is the only way to force elected and non-elected officials to change some of their actions.

Misuse of the 'in-camera' process is one of the most concerning issues presently facing the citizens of Nanaimo which among other things is an affront to the democratic process.

Specific advice is sought on the matter of forcing in-camera agendas and minutes being made public after the legitimate need for secrecy has passed.

How to force a forensic financial audit of differing purchasing policies currently employed at city hall and specific projects.

How to initiate a referendum if city officials are unwilling to do so with regards some financial issues as well as senior staffing policy.

If you are or know of someone willing and able to provide free legal advice regards any of the above issues and feel your participation could help fulfill your obligation to civic duty, I would like to hear from you.

I can be reached via email at Admin@NanaimoInfo.com or telephone at 250-753-6019.

Thank You
