150 Rally In Support Of Colliery Park Dam
The rain held off and 150 supporters of the Colliery Park Dam (actually the lakes created by the dams) made their way from the park along Wakesiah Ave. to Fifth St. and ended their march at the University Village Mall.
The city of Nanaimo were hosting a Harewood Neighborhood Plan open house and supporters of Colliery Park let it be known loud and clear that any legitimate Harewood Plan has to include the lakes in Colliery Park.
