Jamie Brennan Calls Colliery Dam Supporters 'Louts'
Mr. Brennans' tweet seems to expose an arrogance and disdain for anyone who values the ponds in Colliery Park which clearly the intelligentsia in Nanaimo are opposed to. This seems a common attitude of the members of the elite who possibly secretly consider all louts, who don't agree with their superior wisdom.
It is interesting to note that during her defense of city council's dam decision, it could be argued that Councillor Brennan has displayed her lack of understanding about the issue.
Perhaps Mr. Brennan and his missus secretly think we should forgo all this election nonsense and just appoint them King and Queen of Nanaimo as clearly their grasp of the issues of kingdom running, vastly exceeds that of the 'louts' they look down upon.
