Tender results are as read at the public opening held Thursday, July 4, 2013 at the City of Nanaimo's Purchasing Department.

Milner Group Ventures Inc. $3,049,820.55

It will be interesting to find out if these prices are guaranteed, bonded prices or if there is opportunity for cost overruns?
