The second phase of the Port Place Mall renovation is moving quickly along with the exterior finishes to be applied soon. Then it will be windows and doors and the building will be at a 'lock-up' stage in construction lingo.
It will be interesting to see what percentage of this new building has been leased given that the same company has been unable to lease their prime Commercial Street spaces for going on 6 years now.
