Church Undergoing Renovations
Seeks Heritage Grant From City
The old church located appropriately on Church Street, beside the war memorial, is currently undergoing a re-roofing as well as other upgrades.
The church asked the city for a $20,000 grant under the Heritage Facade program which currently only has $10,000 left in that fund. If approved on Monday night, council would have to transfer the funds from another account.
