What's Up With These Guys

Bylaw Officers Still Don't Get It

Once again, I find myself sounding off about what is becoming a pet peeve of mine. The peeve is Nanaimo Bylaw Officers burning up the free parking spaces on Victoria Rd. which should be left available for customers wanting to visit downtown businesses.

They can park at a metered spot a few steps away and leave these spots open for paying customers. Is this continued practice, ignorance or arrogance or both?

    Each time this happens it should be recorded and a complaint sent to the Mayor's Office.
