NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to "COUNCIL PROCEDURE BYLAW
2007 NO. 7060", of a Special Open Council Meeting to be held:

DATE: Wednesday, 2013-AUG-07

LOCATION: Shaw Auditorium, Vancouver Island Conference Centre
80 Commercial Street, Nanaimo, BC

TIME: 4:30 p.m.

The purpose of the Special Council Meeting is to conduct Council business
regarding the Colliery Dams
Note: City Hall said they were hoping to post the agenda before the end of today. Let's all put on our positive thinking hats, and hope this will be really good news.

    Step 1- cancel the tender contract

    Step 2- cancel Ms. Brennon's motion to destroy and reconstruct dams, etc
