While in Victoria on the occasion of our granddaughters 4th birthday we got to tour some of the 'tourist' spots the second largest Island city has to offer.
For a duffer photographer like myself I am always pleased when a picture I take seems to capture a little something extra. Heck, I'm just happy when they are in focus!
Anyway this picture does have a few elements that make it a better than usual photograph, with the Legislature in the background, a horse drawn carriage in the middle ground and a city visitor quick-stepping into the picure complete with jauntily cocked tam.
