    this is off topic, but something that i am asking here if anyone knows.. does nanaimo have a bylaw preventing people from burning plastic? reason i ask is i have one or two folks in the neighboorhood who burn plastic in their wood stove. it would be nice if they stopped doing it, or if the city had a bylaw that encouraged them to stop doing it! thanks - james
