At first glance you might think these two headlines are referring to the same story. A closer look however reveals the top image is dated Oct. 17, 2013 while the lower image is dated August 2, 2011.
Guess it wasn't fixed in 2011?? When a person can't pay their bills for two years without borrowing money you might wonder if they are a good risk.
