The VI Raiders were able to hand the Langley Rams a 48 - 37 defeat allowing them to reclaim the title of B.C. Football Conference champions. The Rams had put an end to the Raiders claim to that title last year, beating the Raiders on home turf 20 - 13.
The win on Saturday puts the Cullen Cup back into the hands of the Raiders who now will be pitted against the Ontario Football Conference champions next Saturday in the CJFL semifinal.
The Raiders will be off to Windsor to meet the AKO Fratmen who defeated the Hamilton Hurricanes 16 - 9 to become the OFC champions on Saturday evening.
