Doesn't understand how we can spend $1.5 million on this $300,000 building. Right now, with the most recent $34,700 we have spent over $800,000 and we still have a leaky, deficient building.
If the plan is not to finish the job for a total cost of $1.5 million, why in the world spend $200,000, when $20,00 would have addressed the loose stucco issue.
Councillor Kipp seemed to be the only one on Council this night that 'gets it'.
