$2900 From Woodgrove Centre
965 lbs. of Food From Employees
Woodgrove Centre launched their holiday food drive - "Big Black Box Food Drive" which supports Loaves and Fishes Community Food Bank. From now until Black Friday, Nov. 29 there will be donation drop off boxes at the four main mall entrances, the food court and at Save On Foods.
Peter Sinclair accepted a $2900 cheque for the Food Bank and expressed his appreciation for Woodgrove Centre hosting the Big Black Box Food Drive which will help them help the 1,000 people they serve each week.
Your donation of a non-perishable food item can be dropped off up until 9:00 pm on Black Friday, November 29. Suggested items include canned fruits, vegetables, beans, canned fish, pasta, pasta sauce and peanut butter.
