You know it would be interesting and perjaps very revealing to see a historical record of the rate and tax changes over the last say 10 years. The bust has started in the USA (Detroit is a good example) and this nonsense of taxes abd user rates increasing every year will soon come home to roost here in Nanaimo too. There is a breaking point for everything including tax payer ability to keep digging deeper in their pockets. Eventually one reaches the bottom.
